One charge per confirmed athlete registered through Vault Meet per meet, including no-shows. Imported or externally collected entries are free. Withdrawn, rejected, pending, and waitlisted entries do not count. No confirmed entries means no software charge.

Your club pays after the meet. Stripe processing costs and applicable taxes are separate. Your club’s agreed rate and any existing arrangements appear in Billing. Payment costs and refund details
